Baby Trading Co Ltd is aimed at parents who have a number of baby hardware items to sell from their households and parents who are interested in purchasing these items. The items include prams, cots, gym sets, monitors, carriers, sterilisers etc...
This service
• removes the hassle of on-line selling, monitoring and posting,
• provides a method for parents to sell their pre-loved baby equipment,
• enables the buyer to visit hardware in one location before buying and,
• provides tests for electrical equipment.
The process
Seller visits the shop to drop off items and we agree what can be sold on. Baby Trading Co will hold the sellers items for 8 weeks after which time the seller has a number of options to select from such as renew for another 8 weeks, pass onto charity or take back. When the item is sold, Baby Trading Co will take a commission and give the rest of the money back to the seller saving the seller time and effort online.
Buyer visits the shop and views items for sale. When the buyer makes a purchase the monies will be paid to Baby Trading Co. Buyer takes the purchase home No need to wait for postage, no need to wait for auctions, no need to rely on pictures.
Items such as mattresses and walkers will not be accepted.
Please note
Some items require British Standard stickers and these must be attached to certain items. Clothes, mattresses and baby clothes will not be accepted and Baby Trading Co will provide tests on electrical items. Items should be in good condition.
